Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer, attaching the prepaid label to the outside.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
